Content management database and Network

Syner-Med (Pharmaceutical Products) Ltd

Project: Qdos has been tasked to manage, configure and maintain Syner-Med's computer network for office staff and sales staff across the UK and Ireland. Qdos has also produced a content-managed website to promote their services.

Task: To manage a network consisting of two servers running Exchange, Blackberry services, Sage accounts, Sharepoint, file, print and backup services, along with over twenty workstations and a dozen laptops. The website is editable by staff from anywhere and can easily be maintained without prior web development experience.

Summary: Qdos has been managing and maintaining Syner-Med's network for eight years, helping them to expand from fifteen to over thirty staff. We have incorporated Blackberry services, active on-demand databases and Outlook Anywhere to enable sales staff to be on-the-go any time, anywhere. We have real-time monitoring systems on the servers, and audit software reviewing workstations.
